TEAMfitness is Personal training for groups of 8 or more people at a time. This workout routine for sports teams is becoming more popular as coaches see the positive impact it has on their teams' performance. learn more

TEAMfitness is conducted on site at the teams' practice facility. We will discuss your team training goals with you and develop a custom program to be executed by a PV Sports Coach. This program is open to all ages. Each session is sixty to seventy five minutes in length. Personal Victory uses Twist Conditioning training methodologies and we employ the use of agility ladders, speed hurdles and other equipment to make your team ready to make game-breaking plays. The benefits of TEAMfitness are, improved endurance, better speed, agilty and quickness (SAQ).

GYMfitness is personal training offered in a fitness facility for individuals and small groups. Each client will receive their own customized workout program to follow. This is a fun way to work out on your own, or with friends, challenging each other towards success. learn more

GYMfitness is personal training hosted by Martin Reid and his undivided attention is given to the achievement of the client's fitness goals. In group sessions, we tailor the workout to your groups' needs: for some it may be high-intensity circuit training using specialized equipment, for others it is a weight room routine for weight loss.

All sessions for GYMfitness are conducted at Club Meadowvale or Studio B3. These well-equipped facilities have exclusive personal training studios stocked with the latest equipment. The benefits of GYMfitness may include weight loss, increased strength, and a better understanding of how to exercise safely and effectively.

HOMEfitness is fitness training in the comfort of your home. In-home personal training is a great option for those who do not want to train in a gym. HOMEfitness is also rewarding for those who have an at-home gym that is not being used. learn more

HOMEfitness is where a Personal Victory coach comes to you. We conduct training sessions at home and show you how to get the most out of your investment in fitness equipment. Even if you do not have a home gym, we can design a workout that requires minimal equipment. The benefits of HOMEfitness include; motivating workouts, great potential for weight loss and strength gain, and knowledge of how to exercise safely and effectively at home.

SELFfitness is Do-it-yourself personal training. It is simple: you request a workout, we send you one. We will explain exercises, and provide email support for questions you may have. learn more

SELFfitness is for the motivated individual that wants to improve their existing workout program. Simply email your request for a program to services@personalvictory.ca, with "SELFfitness" written in the subject line, and in the body of the email, state what you would like your program to focus on. We will design your custom workout, and upon receipt of your payment, send it off to you. The benefits of SELFfitness include creative new exercise routines, and on-going email support in your independent workouts.

Pricing is as follows, and payment can be made in person, or via online INTERAC, or snail mail.

GOLFfitness is the term for strength training for golf. This interactive small group program will emphasize the importance of upper and lower body strength as it relates to golf movement. learn more

GOLFfitness is small group personal training, accommodating up to six people. Each session is one hour long and the classes run for six weeks. The outline is as follows:

Week one: Core conditioning and balance
Week two: Rotational power and stretching techniques
Week three:   Lower body
Week four: Upper body
Week five: Functional workouts: putting it all together
Week six: Functional workouts and balance.

Sessions are conducted at the Delta Meadowvale Resort and Conference Centre in Club Meadowvale. The benefits of GOLFfitness include better flexibility and core strength to improve the distance on your shot and the efficiency of your swing.

The six week class starts at $180.* A $5 Guest fee applies to non-members of Club Meadowvale.

Consultation

Personal Victory offers numerous fitness assessments depending on your fitness goals.
For our elite athletes, we offer assessments based on the Twist Conditioning model for athletic readiness. These tools assess Sport Balance, Dynamic Posture and Sport Movement. Fitness evaluations for the general population include measuring body fat percentage, Body Mass Index (BMI), weight and body measurements.

This is highly recommended for new clients and evaluations are beneficial for measuring your progress with Personal Victory.



Presentation

We love public speaking! Our team will come into your office, school or group and teach you high performance drills for speed agility and quickness, how to improve your golf game, or increase corporate wellness. Personal Victory has a presentation package that can be made to compliment your event.

Past presentations include the following:

  • "Fun On The Stability Ball" presentations at elementary schools
  • "Nutrition And Exercise After Your Pregnancy" presentations to local non-profit groups
Appearances
Our Personal Victory team also does sport camp appearances, allowing you the added value of a sport conditioning coach to your specialty camp team. Your campers will be better conditioned for their sport, and they will feel better about themselves after completing challenging balance, agility and quickness drills.
