The personal training I received from Philip Reid was both fun and effective. I started to see and feel results after only 3 sessions. I wanted a trainer that would be motivating and tough but also keep in mind my goals and my situation. I came to Martin after I had my first baby and together I was able to get back to my pre-baby weight. I continued working out with Martin while I was pregnant with my second and his knowledge and expertise helped me to stay healthy and fit so that after baby number two I am way ahead on the road back to my post-baby body. Martin is very supportive, and his workouts are intense but enjoyable. He fine tunes each workout so that I never get bored. I can't wait to start my training again.

"When I started training with Martin 2 years ago, I couldn't even do a single push-up. I had no upper body strength. Now, I can do 3 sets of 15 reps. My upper body strength has increased dramatically - I even surprise myself with the exercises I can now do. Also, when I first started training I had absolutely no balance and core strength. That also has greatly improved to the point where I don't even have to hold on when working out on the elliptical machine which is something I always had to hold onto when working out. Martin, challenges you to become who he knows you are even when you don't think that's who you are.
