I feel stonger and more connected to my core strength after my period until a few days past ovulation. Then as my body is preparing to bleed there is more difficulty connecting to my lower abs and finding my “scoop” bc of excess fluid and swelling.
I allow for this change in my practice and welcome it as my way of supporting my body rather than fighting it.
