Martin will customize a workout program to help you on your fitness journey. Personal Training sessions are inspiring and educational.  At 50 minutes in length and based on what you say you want to work on, you will feel good about your investment and encouraged about your progress.  Refer to the calendar below to see availability and book your time.  *We are offering online classes at this time.

GROUP TRAINING

Group training is a fun way to add a sense of community and accountability to your workouts.  We have seen the best success when people join with a friend. You will find the classes are filled with laughter and fun as well as being educational and inspiring.  We want you to be confident enough to do these workouts on your own eventually.  Check the schedule and "Try and Buy" a class, by yourself or with a buddy!

VIRTUAL TRAINING

Online or Virtual training is a simple, effective way to get in shape remotely. Book your time and meet at your home or office with your device. Based on the equipment you have, Martin will design a simple workout you can repeat and see results. We will keep it simple and fun so you will want to come back and keep the results coming in!  This is a great option for semi-privates too, so gather some buddies and book a time in the calendar below to get started.
