Joseph Pilates designed Pilates to initially to help men. We want to reconnect men with this system and will focus on mobility, stability and strength through Pilates.
Pilates can be the secret weapon for every athlete. I have worked specifically with basketball athletes at every level from house league to the NBA. We will provide private and group sessions for athletes of all sports.
